It started out with KC’s tweet last week: He will dress in drag if Justin Beiber follows him back on Twitter. The RT campaign began, and apparently a lot people RTd his message (me included). The teen superstar followed the DJs Twitter account back…and the rest will be a bongga history. LOL.
